1. The seller
This website is operated by printableartmood ("we", "us", "the seller"). By visiting this site or purchasing a product, you enter into a contract with printableartmood.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to use the site or by completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy anything from it.
3. What we sell
We sell high-resolution digital art files for personal use. Each file is delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. We may also accept voluntary tips through the same checkout. Tips are not refundable except where required by law.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, which accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all orders — Paddle handles billing, taxes and receipts on behalf of printableartmood, the seller of the artwork. 5. Licence and intellectual property
When you buy a digital print you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and display the file for non-commercial use. printableartmood retains all copyright and intellectual property in the artwork. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the file for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact and email information so we can deliver your file. Keep your email address current. We are not responsible for files that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information you provide.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, including: using it for unlawful activity, fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property of the seller or any third party; interfering with site security or attempting to probe, scan, scrape, or disrupt our systems or those of our service providers; or using the site to distribute malware or harmful code.
8. Service level
We make every reasonable effort to keep the site available and files delivered promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or instant service. Files are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The site and the artwork are provided "as is".
10. Liability
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify printableartmood against any third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the licensed artwork.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
