Payment card details and billing addresses are collected by our payment provider, Paddle, not by us.

  • Sending you newsletters, if you subscribed (consent)
  • Security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (legitimate interest)
  • Complying with our legal obligations

4. Who we share it with

  • Paddle — our payment provider, which processes card and PayPal payments and stores payment information on our behalf
  • Hosting and backend providers — vendors that power the website and store order data
  • Email delivery providers — used to send order confirmations and newsletters
  • Authorities — where required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law in our jurisdiction. Newsletter contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on backend systems.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies that are required for the site and checkout to function. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

9. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
